Kathy is our in-house GIA Graduate Gemologist and jewelry appraiser! Having worked in the industry for nearly a decade, she is experienced in gemstone identification and diamond grading. She also does custom design and pearl grading!

Owning Watch Repair Station, she is John's apprentice and is learning to be a watchmaker. She has already become a Watch Technician and is the only female in the country professionally restoring Rolex Bracelets.

Recognized for his work on Rolex Bracelets and his masterful repair abilities, John has been a watchmaker for over 30 years and has had numerous publications written about him. Over his illustrious career, John has worked on hundreds of thousands of different watches from Timex to Rolex!

John is our in-house watch specialist who has extensive knowledge about sorting, identifying, authentication and appraising watches of nearly all varieties!

Adam has worked at many places but has a hard time keeping a job. This is because he enjoys taking naps at work and talking back to his bosses. He believes this is the place he belongs, but this is debatable.
